• All Sales are Final. This is due to items being customised to client’s size and request.

• Orders shipped outside  Australia, customers are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees or any issues that may arise.

• What density do you provide?
  • Most of our units come in 150%-200% density ~ thickness & volume.

• Can I wash my unit/ Apply heat?

Yes!! Our Hair is high-quality raw human hair. Our hair can withstand heat and colour, and other alteration without damaging the hair. You can watch our tutorial videos for tips and tricks. When bleaching your hair, you need to be careful and not to use a higher percentage cream developer. I recommend a 20% cream developer

• Hair Colour

All hair extensions and lace are 100% raw hair and only come in natural colour (off black).

• Head measurement

We recommend you measure your head for better wig fit. The caps that we use are Mesh Dome Cap with a band around the circumference and a Breathable Mesh Cap with adjustable Straps.

Our wigs and frontals come with a transparent lace option to make it easy for all clients of all skin colour to customize their own lace to correspond their own scalp or hairline and they can use the method of adding their foundation/ powder to the lace or even bleach the lace as another preference but need to be careful.

If you decide to bleach, tint or perm your hair, you risk drying out your hair extensions. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any hair that has been chemically treated.

For our Ready To Ship Wigs, the frontal will be pre-plucked and knots bleached.
